369 meetings in the next 60 days, from the proxy statements companies and funds have
filed with the SEC. Each page lists what is on the ballot and how the board recommends voting, with last year’s
official results where the company has them. Nothing here predicts how any shareholder will vote.
How this works.
Contested A proxy contest: someone other than the board has filed a proxy for this meeting.
Merger or special meeting A special meeting, or a merger or acquisition vote (Form DEFM14A).
Shareholder proposals The ballot includes at least one proposal put forward by shareholders.
Say on pay The ballot includes the advisory vote on executive pay.
Fund meeting A meeting of an investment company (mutual fund, ETF or closed-end fund).
Under 70% last year At last year's meeting a board-backed item or director received less than 70% of the votes cast, by the company's own Form 8-K.
Shareholder-proposal and say-on-pay badges need a ballot read from the filing; a
meeting whose ballot says “see the proxy statement” carries neither, whatever its proxy contains.
