ProxyVotesNow company CSV downloads - column guide Every company page (https://proxyvotesnow.com/company//) offers two files, rebuilt with the page every week: .csv one row per ballot item: the company's 8-K tally, reported outcome, support and its denominator, voting standard, and the summed fund votes -managers.csv one row per asset manager per ballot item: shares by direction (including split and MIXED votes), fund count, the raw N-PX values Fund-by-fund votes are listed on the company page itself. Format: UTF-8, comma-separated, RFC 4180 quoting, CRLF line ends; the first line is the column header. An empty cell means the value was not reported; it never means zero. Numbers carry no thousands separators. Formula guard: a text cell that would begin with = + - @ (or a tab) is written with a leading apostrophe (') so that a spreadsheet does not run it as a formula. Only the file is changed, never the stored filing data; remove the apostrophe to recover the filing text exactly. Method: https://proxyvotesnow.com/methodology .csv - ballot items --------------------------- season Proxy season, named by the year it ends: 2026 is 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. company Company name as displayed on the page (the most common N-PX spelling). primary_cusip The CUSIP the page is built on. meeting_date Meeting date (YYYY-MM-DD) this item was voted at. row_type headline = a ballot item card on the page; variant = a smaller, differently worded N-PX line paired with the same 8-K row (shown nested under its headline item); unreconciled = an N-PX line not tied to an 8-K row (shown in the collapsed list, counted nowhere); 8k_only = an 8-K row no N-PX line was paired with. item_key Identifier of the N-PX line within this file and the votes file (empty for 8k_only rows). parent_item_key For a variant: the item_key of its headline item. unreconciled_reason For an unreconciled row: why it was not tied to an 8-K row. item_number Item number as printed in the company's 8-K, when stated. item_title_8k Item title or description from the company's 8-K (raw). npx_description The ballot item as funds described it on Form N-PX (the longest wording filed, leading numbering removed). npx_line_kind all_nominees = a line voting the whole director slate, naming no one. vote_category N-PX vote category(ies), as filed, ';'-separated. vote_source N-PX: who proposed the item (ISSUER or SECURITY HOLDER), as filed. npx_wordings How many differently worded N-PX lines were joined into this item. k8_form Form type of the company filing the tally comes from (8-K or 8-K/A). k8_filed Filing date of that form. k8_units shares, or percent when the company reported percentages instead of counts. k8_votes_for FOR, as reported in the 8-K (empty = not reported, never zero). k8_votes_against AGAINST, as reported. k8_votes_abstain ABSTAIN, as reported. k8_votes_withheld WITHHELD, as reported (director elections). k8_broker_non_votes Broker non-votes, as reported. k8_support_pct Support of votes cast, as the page computes it: k8_support_numerator / k8_support_denominator x 100 (4 decimals; the page rounds to 1). For k8_units=percent, the company's own FOR percentage. Empty when the tally does not allow it. k8_support_numerator FOR votes used (shares). k8_support_denominator FOR + the opposing count used (shares). Abstentions and broker non-votes are excluded. k8_support_basis Which opposing count was used: FOR/(FOR+AGAINST), FOR/(FOR+WITHHELD), or 'percent as reported'. k8_result_raw PASSED / FAILED as stored for the row (stated by the filing or inferred; see k8_result_source). k8_result_source stated = the filing's text says the outcome; inferred = it does not. reported_outcome The filing's own word for the outcome (Approved, Not approved, Elected, Not elected...) or 'Not verified'. 8-K parser v2 rows only. outcome_basis Where in the filing the outcome word was read (heading, sentence...). outcome_conflict 0 = none; 1 = the filing's word disagrees with its own tally; 2 = the filing states a stricter voting standard; 3 = a stricter standard may apply but is not stated. outcome_text The filing's sentence the outcome was read from (raw). voting_standard Normalized voting standard stated by the filing (majority_cast, majority_outstanding, plurality...). voting_standard_text The filing's own words for the voting standard (raw). page_outcome_label The outcome label the page prints for this item. k8_source_url The 8-K on SEC EDGAR, scrolled to the item where possible. npx_managers Managers with an N-PX vote on this line (excluding excluded ones). npx_managers_excluded Managers left out of every total because their reported figures are not share counts (see the votes file). npx_funds Fund entries (fund x direction) behind npx_managers. npx_shares_for Summed fund shares voted FOR (N-PX). npx_shares_against Summed fund shares voted AGAINST. npx_shares_abstain Summed fund shares voted ABSTAIN. npx_shares_withhold Summed fund shares voted WITHHOLD. npx_other_directions Any other direction and its summed shares (1 YEAR, NOT VOTED, MIXED...), 'DIRECTION=shares' separated by '; '. npx_shares_total All summed fund shares on this line. npx_support_pct Fund support: npx_shares_for / npx_support_denominator x 100 (4 decimals).
